The following investigation revealed that Joanne Holt, 43 YOA, damaged property shared with a household member. Joanne was arrested and transported to MSPT, where she was remanded and held without bail.

On 02/14/2026 at around 0042 hours, Alaska State Troopers responded to a vehicle that reportedly drove into the ditch near Gold Star Liquor on Van Horn Road in Fairbanks. Subsequent investigation revealed that Hailey Tippin, age 22, of Fairbanks, committed the crime of driving under the influence. On February 14, 2026, at approximately 1301 hours, Alaska State Troopers investigated a reported Domestic Violence Protective Order violation involving Matthew Crow. During the contact, Troopers observed Crow in his truck with an open container of alcohol and a firearm positioned in the passenger door cubby within immediate reach, while a Portable Breath Test indicated a BrAC of .101. Crow was arrested for Misconduct Involving Weapons in the Fourth Degree for possessing a firearm in a vehicle while impaired by alcohol.

On February 14, 2026, at approximately 1301 hours, Alaska State Troopers contacted Ross Benjamin during an investigation into a reported Domestic Violence Protective Order violation in Fairbanks. Troopers determined Benjamin had operated a vehicle while impaired by alcohol, with a breath alcohol concentration of .140, and was in possession of two firearms—one concealed on his person and another inside the vehicle. Benjamin was arrested for Operating a Vehicle While Under the Influence, Misconduct Involving Weapons in the Fourth Degree, and Misconduct Involving Weapons in the Fifth Degree.

On 2/14/2026, at 1718 hours State Troopers conducted a traffic stop at approximately 4-mile Steese Highway. The driver was identified as Claudia Campbell, she displayed signs of intoxication. An investigation revealed she was under the influence of alcohol. A breath test revealed a concentration of .139 BrAC. She was remanded to FCC without incident.
