On April 6th, 2025 at approximately 0040 hours, the Alaska State Troopers (AST) received a call from a female on North Fork Road, who reported she had been assaulted by a male. AST and EMS responded to the residence. Subsequent investigation resulted in Brian Malneritch, age 57 of Anchor Point, being placed under arrest for one count of DV Assault in the 4th Degree. Brian was transported to the Homer Jail for remand.

On 04/05/2025 at approximately 2220 hours AST contacted a vehicle on the side of the road near Wasilla. Investigation revealed one of the occupants, Emerson Thompson, age 35, of Wasilla, had 3 warrants out for his arrest. Emerson was arrested and transported to Mat-Su pretrial where he was remanded on his warrants, stemming from original charges of Criminal Trespass 2, Theft 4, and DWLR.

On 04/06/2025 at approximately 1258 hours, Alaska State Troopers responded to an address on Dora Circle in Wasilla for a report of a male who had been assaulted and received serious injury. Investigation is ongoing.

On 04/06/2025 at approximately 0303 hours AST received reports of a disturbance in Wasilla. Investigation revealed that Silvano Viveiros Jr, age 30, of Wasilla, recklessly caused physical injury to a family member and damaged that family members property. Viveiros was arrested on DV A4 and DV Crim Misch. 5, and transported to Mat-Su pretrial and remanded, where he is currently held without bail.

On April 6, 2025, at approximately 0225 hours, Fairbanks AST contacted Brittany Carroll, Age 29, in the area of Lakeview Terrace. Brittany was arrested for multiple outstanding warrants and remanded to Fairbanks Correctional Center without incident.

On April 5th, 2025, Alaska State Troopers Stopped a vehicle for a moving violation. The driver Caleb Roberts, was operating the vehicle with a revoked license with a previous conviction. He was Arrested and remanded to FCC.

On April 6, 2025, at approximately 1810 hours Roberta Riley was arrested for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender in the second degree. Peter Riley was also arrested for Hindering the Prosecution in the second degree. Both were transported to FCC.
