On 6/24/2025 at approximately 2020 hours, Alaska State Troopers responded to a reported domestic disturbance at a residence in Kasilof. Investigation revealed Rochelle Lynn Giffin, age 32 of Kasilof, had assaulted a family member. She was arrested for Assault 4th Domestic Violence. She was additionally charged with Unlawful Contact 2nd and then Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance 5th and Promoting Contraband 1st after it was discovered she had smuggled methamphetamine into Wildwood Pretrial Facility. She was held with no bail pending arraignment.

On 6/25/2025 at approximately 0047 hours, Alaska State Troopers responded to a reported rollover crash involving a tractor hauling double trailers near milepost 53.5 Sterling Highway. Investigation revealed an adult male was driving a gray 2007 Kenworth tractor with the double trailers, when he lost control of the vehicle combination coming out of a curve in the highway. The tractor and trailers rolled over off the southbound side of the highway. The man was wearing a seatbelt and reported no injuries. Neither alcohol nor impairing substances were a contributing factor. The tractor had substantial damage and was disabled.

Location: WasillaType: Crim Trespass and VCORDispatch Text:
On 06/25/2025 at approximately 0758 hours, AST responded to a residence off Heather Way in Wasilla for a report of a male trespassing. Investigation revealed Jude Cebrian, age 18 of Wasilla, was trespassing on the property and was also on conditions of release due to being issued a misdemeanor summons yesterday for trespassing. Cebrian was arrested and remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial for the charges of Criminal Trespass II and Violate Conditions of Release with bail set at $250.

On 06/25/2025 at approximately 0134 hours Glennallen AST responded to a report of a suicide in Kenny Lake. Investigation revealed that a 16-year-old male died from apparent suicide. Next of Kin was on scene. The remains have been sent to the State Medical Examiner's Office for autopsy.

On June 25, 2025, Troopers responded to a report about an unwanted person on his property. They contacted Jade Herbert, who was holding a bottle of R&R whiskey. When Troopers attempted to detain her, Jade pulled away and threw the bottle at Troopers, splashing liquid into his eyes and causing pain. Jade was found to have committed Criminal Trespass, Harassment, and Assault in the Fourth Degree.

On 06/23/2025 at 0332 hours a Trooper was on routine patrol and observed an occupied pickup in the parking lot of the Alaska Club bearing incorrect plates. The occupant and owner, Micheal Lorenz, intentionally placed incorrect plates on the vehicle. The plates were seized, and charges are being forwarded for Improper Use of Evidence of Registration.
