On 01/20/2025 at 1820 hours, Alaska State Troopers responded to a residence near Bogard Road for a family disturbance. Investigation revealed, Jacob Bosch 19YOA, caused property damage of a family member. Jacob was arrested and remanded at Mat-Su Pretrial where he is held without bail.

On 1/20/2025, at approximaltey 1130 hours, the Alaska State Troopers responded to a residence on Birch View Drive in Wasilla. AST contacted Amanda Baker, age 42 of Wasilla. Investigation revealed Amanda had an outstanding arrest warrant for the original crimes of Assault IV and Unlawful Contact 2nd. Amanda was arrested and transported to Matsu Pretrial where she was remanded and held on a $500 bail.

On January 20th, 2025 at approximately 1300 hours AST responded to a residence on Knik River Road in Palmer. AST contacted Stephanie Starrett, age 47 of Palmer. Investigation revealed Stephanie had an outstanding arrest warrant for two counts of Criminal Mischief III, two counts of Assault III, one count of Vehicle Theft I, and Disorderly Conduct. Stephanie was also charged with Violating her Conditions of Release. Stephanie was arrested and transported to Matsu Pretrial where she was remanded and held without bail.

On 1/20/2025 at approximately 1255 hours AST conducted a warrant service off W Northshore Dr in Meadow Lake for Carl Lallier. Upon sight of Law Enforcment Carl immediately fled on foot towards a frozen lake. AST gave chase to Carl on the ice and eventually placed him under arrest. While giving Carl’s personal belongings to his girlfriend Kelsey Walker AST observed that she was in possession of fentanyl. Carl was transported to Matsu Pretrial for two active warrants with $400 total in bail and Kelsey was transported for misconduct involving a controlled substance in the fourth degree with no bail.

On 01/19/2025 at approximately 2243 Alaska State Troopers conducted a traffic stop on Cory Wicken of Fairbanks. Cory was found to be driving while his license was cancelled. Cory was arrested and remanded to Fairbanks Correctional Center without incident.

On January 20, 2025, at approximately 0213 hours, AST responded to a motor vehicle collision at 30 Mile Chena Hot Springs Road. Investigation revealed that a vehicle had gone into the ditch and caused disabling damage.

On 01/19/2025 Alaska State Troopers received a call reporting that a blue truck was dangerously drifting around a store parking lot and running into a snow pile repeatedly. Troopers arrived in the area stopped a vehicle matching the description and drifting in a nearby parking lot. Troopers found the driver later identified as Ryan Retynski driving after admitting to being intoxicated. Ryan was arrested for DUI and remanded to FCC.
