On 10/21/2025 at approximately 1700 hours, after having received a tip from the public, Alaska State Troopers alongside Wildlife Troopers in Ketchikan approached a residence located on Old Dairy Road. It was reported that Shaquille Mills, who had 5 outstanding state warrants and 3 outstanding City of Ketchikan warrants, was located within the residence. Troopers Noland, Beaudoin and AWT Sergeant Finses contacted the owner of the residence Caitlin Stephens who confirmed Mills was within the residence. Shaquille Mills was then taken into custody without incident, he was transported to Ketchikan Correctional Center where he was remanded on his mutliple warrants.

On 10/20/2025, Alaska State Troopers responded to a residence near Nikolaevsk for a report of a VID. Subsequent investigation led to the arrest of Wyatt Parrish (28 years old) for DUI. Wyatt provided a breath sample with a resulting BrAC of 0.132 and was remanded to Homer Jail.

On October 21st, 2025 the Alaska State Troopers received a call about someone receiving threatening voicemails, their vehicle had been damaged, and their cabin had been broken into. AST responded to the residence near Nikolaevsk. Subsequent investigation led to Wyatt Parrish, age 28 of Ninilchik, being arrested for one count of DV Burglary in the 1st Degree, one count of DV Criminal Mischief in the 5th Degree, and one count of DV Harassment in the 2nd Degree. Wyatt was transported to the Homer Jail for remand.

On 10/21/2025 at approximately 1230 hours, members of the Alaska State Troopers Criminal Suppression Unit located 27-year-old Evan Lambert at a residence on Joe’s Drive in Meadow Lakes. Lambert was known to have two warrants for his arrest for multiple charges including Robbery and Assault, totaling $102,500. Members of South-Central SWAT, Statewide Drug Enforcement Unit, Patrol and Criminal Suppression Unit contacted Lambert nearby and took him into custody. He was remanded for his warrants at Mat-Su Pre-Trial.

On 10/20/2025 at approximately 1944 hours a Trooper observed Jarrod Olmstead driving a motor vehicle on the Glenn Highway and contacted him at the Caribou Grill. Olmstead has a suspended license with multiple prior DWSOL convictions within the last ten years. Charges are being forwarded for driving while suspended.

On October 20, 2025, at 10:28 pm, Alaska State Troopers received a report of a two-vehicle collision near Mile 247 of the Parks Highway. An investigation determined a semi-truck was traveling northbound and lost control on the ice, crossed the center line, and struck a pickup head-on, causing severe injuries to the driver. The driver of the pickup was transported to a Fairbanks Hospital. The Parks Highway was closed for approximately 4.5 hours until the collision could be cleared from the road. The investigation into this incident is ongoing.

On September 22, 2025, Alaska State Troopers in Fairbanks launched an investigation into Odin Purcupile and Andrew Towse for their involvements in multiple thefts. The Criminal Suppression Unit, with assistance from the Fairbanks Police Department were able to link Towse and Purcupile to several different retail store theft cases. On October 21, 2025, both were arrested without incident and remanded to the Fairbanks Correctional Center.

On October 21, 2025, at approximately 12:38 hours, AST responded to a report of assault domestic violence in Ester. The involved suspect was apprehending and remanded to the Fairbanks Correctional Facility without incident. The investigation is ongoing.
