On 11/9/25 at 1445 hours, Troopers received a report of a trespass/theft from an employee of the Ninilchik Three Bears Store. An investigation showed Christina Brown, 59 of Ninilchik, had trespassed on the Three Bears property on 11/7/25. Brown was also found to have driven to the store and had a revoked driver's license. On 11/19/25 Brown was contacted and given summons to appear.

On November 19th, 2025, at approximately 1823 hours, AST responded to a request for a welfare check for a man asleep at the wheel near Vine Road and the Parks Highway. AST responded and contacted 52-year-old Avtonom Reutov, of Anchorage. Further investigation revealed that he was operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Avtonom was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial for Felony DUI and Refusal to submit to chemical testing.

On 11/18/2025 at approximately 1532 hours, Troopers received a request for a welfare check in the Glennallen area. Troopers and VPSOs located the individual and conducted the welfare check. On November 18, 2025, at approximately 1721 hours, AST patrolling in the area of Nistler Road in Delta Junction observed an active disturbance between a male and female with an infant on the roadside. Preliminary investigation revealed that Isaac Kawika Puamana Kahoalii-Torres, age 25 of Delta Junction, was in a physical altercation with his domestic partner. Investigation resulted in Kahoalii-Torres being arrested on the following charges:
-Assault in the Second Degree
-Assault in the Third Degree
-Assault in the Fourth Degree
-Assault in the Presence of a Child
-Driving Under the Influence
-Refusual to Submit to a Chemical Test
-Reckless Driving
-Avoidance of Ignition Interlock Device
-Endangering the Welfare of a Child in the First DegreeAdditionally, Kahoalii-Torres was issued a minor offense citation for Driving While License Cancelled.
Kahoalii-Torres was transported to Fairbanks Correctional Center and held without bail.

On November 18, 2025 Alaska State Troopers' Criminal Suppression Unit conducted a retail theft interdiction even. This was coordinated with the Fairbanks Police Department and the District Attorney's office to support both local and large retail stores in Fairbanks.

On November 12, 2025, a case of sexual abuse of a minor was reported to AST in Nome. ABI investigation determined that Jones Toolie (30 yoa of Savoonga) sexually abused a minor in Savoonga during the early morning hours of November 12, 2025. Toolie is charged with one count of Sexual Abuse of a Minor in the 2nd Degree, and three counts of Sexual Abuse of a Minor in the 3rd Degree. Toolie was remanded to AMCC on November 19, 2025.

On 11/18/2025 at approximately 1645 hours, the Highway Interdiction K9 Team conducted a traffic stop on a red Jeep Liberty on E. Bogard Road near Northshore Drive in Wasilla. Investigation revealed the passenger David Wild, age 36 of Wasilla, had an active arrest warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Theft 4th Degree. Wild was arrested and remanded to MAT-SU Pretrial with a $500 bail.
