On December 13, 2025, at approximately 1638 hours, Alaska State Troopers contacted Terry Simpson Jr (43M) of Klawock who was stumbling in and out of traffic. Mr. Simpson was found to be intoxicated and violating his conditions of release by consuming alcohol and further refusing to submit to a portable breath test. Mr. Simpson was arrested and remanded to Craig Jail. While there, contraband was found on Mr. Simpsons person. Mr. Simpson is charged with three counts of Violating his conditions of Release and one count of Promoting Contraband in the Second Degree.

On December 13, 2025, at approximately 1740 hours, the Alaska State Troopers (AST) conducted a traffic stop on vehicle in the Anchor Point area. AST contacted driver and sole occupant of vehicle, Kyle Hock, age 36, of Homer. Investigation revealed Kyle's license to be revoked. Kyle was given a summons for Driving While License Revoked (DWLR), which had a mandatory court appearance.

On 12/12/25 at about 1852 hours, Alaska State Troopers responded to a residence on Poppy Ridge Road for a report of a previously trespassed individual on the property. Upon arrival, Edward Brighton age 57 from Soldotna was contacted outside the residence and found to have returned without permission.
Brighton showed signs of impairment and a search incident to arrest led to a discovery of multiple items consistent with controlled substances.
Brighton was remanded to Wildwood Pretrial on multiple charges including Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance, DUI, DV Criminal Trespass, Witness Tampering, and DV Unlawful Contact.

Dustin Equevilley was arrest for Assault in the 4th Degree (domestic violence) and Interfering with the Report of a Domestic Violence. On 12/12/2025 the Alaska State Troopers responded to a vehicle in the ditch at Mile 275 Parks Highway. Investigation determined the driver, Wanda Custer, age 53 from Fairbanks had an outstanding $250 misdemeanor arrest warrant for Fail to Appear on the charge of Alcohol importation. Custer was arrested and remanded to FCC on her warrant.

On 12/12/2025 at 1702 hours the Alaska State Troopers responded to a Carlile semi-truck pulling doubles which had gone into the ditch near Mile 225 Parks Highway and was partially obstructing the road. Investigation determined the driver, Jarvis Walton, age 63 from Anchorage was operating a CMV in a manner which was not reasonable and prudent to the road conditions. Walton was issued a citation for CMV Basic Speed. The Parks Highway was intermittently closed for about an hour during vehicle recovery.

On December 12, 2025, Alaska State Troopers received a report of a violation of a Long-Term Domestic Violence Protective Order involving Joshua Craft (39) of Fairbanks. An investigation revealed that Craft attempted prohibited contact, violating the terms of the order. He was arrested for Violating a Protective Order under AS 11.56.740(a)(1). Craft was taken into custody without incident on 16th Avenue in Fairbanks, Alaska.
