Location: Anchor PointType: Assault 3 and VCORDispatch Text:
On December 16, 2025, at approximately 1654 hours, the Alaska State Troopers (AST) received a report of a disturbance in the Anchor Point area, where it was reported a firearm was discharged during the disturbance. AST contacted Zachary McKenna, age 27, of Anchor Point. Investigation revealed Zachary discharged a rifle during a verbal disturbance with another individual. Records showed Zachary was also on conditions of release for a previous misdemeanor case. Zachary was arrested and remanded to the Homer jail for one count of Assault in the 3rd Degree and one count of Violate Conditions of Release (VCOR).

On 12/16/2025 at approximately 0815 hours, Troopers received a report of a injured fox in the area of Glennallen School. Alaska State Troopers and Alaska Wildlife Troopers responded. It was readily apparent that based on its behavior, the fox had been fed by humans. The fox was ultimately dispatched. On December 16, 2025, at approximately 1102, Alaska State Troopers received a call reporting a domestic disturbance in Big Lake. Alaska State Troopers responded to the call, and upon investigation, Sierra Brown was arrested for punching the victim in the face. On 12/16/2025, at approximately 1830 hours, the Alaska State Troopers responded to a residence on Rockside Road in Wasilla for a follow-up investigation. AST contacted Joshua Mullenix, age 37 of Wasilla. Investigation revealed that Joshua had an outstanding arrest warrant. Joshua was arrested and transported to Matsu Pretrial where he was remanded and held on a $250 bail.

Location: FairbanksType: Theft of CopperDispatch Text:
On December 16, 2025 the Alaska State Troopers Criminal Suppression Unit (CSU) were notified that a large amount of copper piping had been stolen from K&K recycling. After reviewing security footage, CSU identified, located, and contacted the suspect during a traffic stop. The suspect was positively identified as Kyle Hubbard (age 34 of Fairbanks). Hubbard still had some of the stolen copper piping in the bed of his truck at the time of the traffic stop. It was discovered he had sold the rest to another recycling business. Kyle was arrested for Theft II (a class C felony) and was remanded to the Fairbanks Correctional Center.

On December 16, 2025, at approximately 0037 hours, the Alaska State Troopers responded to Mitchell Expressway and Peger for a single vehicle MVC. Investigation revealed that Kai Mutter, 28YOA of Fairbanks, was intoxicated while operating a motor vehicle. Kai was placed under arrest and remanded to the Fairbanks Correctional Center on a charge of DUI.
