On 8/14/2025, Alaska State Troopers in Anchor Point responded to a residence off Tall Tree for a report of a suspicious vehicle. Valerie Mcdole (37 years old) was located and arrested for driving under the influence and driving while revoked. Subsequent investigation located suspected methamphetamine and related drug paraphernalia. Mcdole later provided a breath sample of 0.126 BrAC and was remanded to Homer Jail on 1x count each of DUI, Driving while revoked, and misconduct involving a controlled substance in the 5th degree. Bail was set at $500.

On 08/14/2025, at approximately 2338 hours, AST was dispatched to investigate a report of an ATV theft. The investigation revealed that Oleg Zhuchkov, a 31-year-old resident of Wasilla, had stolen a side-by-side vehicle valued at approximately $20,000 from a residence on East Sleepy Hollow Circle. Oleg was charged with Theft II, Vehicle Theft II, and Criminal Trespass I. He was arrested and remanded to MSPT, where he is being held without bail.

Location: GlennallenType: DUI, MIW4, ENDANGERING THE WELFARE OF A CHILD 1ST DEGREEDispatch Text:
On 08/15/2025 at approximately 2033 hours Glennallen AST conducted a traffic stop near mile 101 of the Richardson Highway for a moving violation. Investigation revealed that Tommy Peterman, age 35 of Anchorage, was driving while under the influence of alcohol. Additionally, Peterman was in possession of two firearms inside the interior of the vehicle and had a juvenile passenger under the age of 16. Peterman was arrested and charged with DUI, Misconduct Involving Weapons in the 4th degree, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child in the 1st degree. Peterman was transported to Glennallen AST Post where he was later released on his own recognizance to a sober party.

On Aug. 14, 2025, Alaska State Troopers’ Western Major Crimes Unit arrested 25-year-old Deon Teeluk in Kotlik on charges of sexual abuse of a minor, enticement of a minor, misconduct involving a controlled substance and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. A lengthy investigation revealed that Teeluk had sexually abused a minor on multiple occasions and provided the minor with a controlled substance. He was remanded to the Yukon Kuskokwim Correctional Center.

On 08/14/2025 at 2339 hours a Trooper conducted a traffic stop on Stacia Rice because she was revoked. A passenger, Laci Mayfield-Kriska, was arrested for a misdemeanor warrant. Original charges were Assault 4 when Child is Present and Criminal Mischief 5. A consent search of the vehicle was performed and a white powder-like substance, suspected narcotics, was seized from Edward Malyk's belongings. This investigation is active.

On 08/14/2025, AST received a report of a theft at a residence on Madcap Lane in Fairbanks. A tool bag with various hand tools inside was stolen. Investigation is ongoing.

On August 15, 2025, at approximately 0246 hours, Alaska State Troopers conducted a traffic stop on Salvadore Gallo (28M of Fairbanks) on Washington Dr. in Fairbanks. Following an investigation, Salvadore was found to be under the influence of alcohol, arrested, and remanded to Fairbanks Correctional Center without further issue.

On 08/15/2025 at approximately 2014 hours, Fairbanks AST received a report of a disturbance in the area of Long Circle. Investigation revealed probable cause to arrest Martha Enlow for assault in the fourth degree. Martha was remanded to Fairbanks Correctional Center.
