On 12/22/25 at 0840 hours, Jonathon Lee McCarthy Jr, 22 of Soldotna, was contacted by Alaska State Troopers at the Soldotna AST office and was arrested on an outstanding warrant with original charges of Assault 3rd degree, Reckless Driving, and Reckless Endangerment. McCarthy was transported and remanded at Wildwood Pretrial without bail.

On December 21st, 2025 at approximately 2154 hours, the Alaska State Troopers (AST) received a call about a disturbance at a residence in Anchor Point. AST responded to the residence. Subsequent investigation resulted in Stephanie Cozadd-Pearson, age 35 of Homer, being arrested for one count of DV Assault in the 4th Degree. Stephanie was transported to the Homer Jail for remand.

On 12/21/25 at 1320 hours, Alaska State Troopers received a report of an assault between family members which had occurred hours earlier in the Homer area. Subsequent investigation revealed Shawn Eugene Trulove, 52 of Kenai, had assaulted a family member. On 5/22/25 Trulove was contacted at a property near mile 18 Kenai Spur Hwy in Nikiski where he was arrested. Trulove was transported and remanded without bail at Wildwood pretrial on a charge of Assault 4th degree domestic violence.

On 12/22/25 at approximately 1742 hours, AST received a request for a welfare check on a person at a residence near Tait Dr in Wasilla. AST responded to the residence and investigation revealed Kari Mauzy age 44 of Wasilla assaulted a family member in the residence. On December 21, 2025, at approximately 1955 hours, the Alaska State Troopers conducted a traffic stop on a purple sedan traveling on Old Richardson Highway with no taillights. The driver was identified as Alika Antrim, who has a suspended license and a prior conviction for Driving While License Suspended (DWLS). Alika had previously been contacted by the Alaska State Troopers on December 9 and was issued a summons for DWLS. Alika was issued another summons for DWLS under AS 28.15.291(a)(2).

On December 21, 2025, the Alaska State Troopers received a report of a vehicle theft from Glennallen Towing and Recovery. At approximately 0100 hours, a white Chevrolet Express van entered the property, attached a tow strap to a black Pontiac Grand Prix, and towed the vehicle away. The van was last observed traveling westbound on the Glenn Highway. This case remains under active investigation.

Location: PalmerType: DUI, Assault 4Dispatch Text:
On 12/21/2025 at approximately 1833 hours, AST dispatch received an automatic crash notification from the area of mile 36 of the Glenn Highway. The investigation revealed that the driver and sole occupant, Mckenzie Moffitt, 30 YO from Wasilla, was driving while intoxicated. During the investigation Moffitt assaulted a Trooper. Moffitt was transported and remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial for DUI, and Assault 4, and held on a 500 dollar bail.

Troopers led a DV investigation which resulted in the arrest of Zoe Russin (24). On December 22, 2025 at 10:34 AM, Alaska State Troopers received a report of a disturbance and possible assault at a residence in Tok. Troopers responded and subsequent investigation resulted in the arrest of Tommy Isaac, age 36 of Tok, for Assault 2 and Assault 4.
