On 12/07/2025 at approximately 0045 hours, Alaska State Trooper Dispatch received an automatic crash notification near milepost 142 of the Sterling Highway in Happy Valley. Anchor Point Troopers and EMS responded to the scene and discovered a single vehicle roll over, where the driver and sole occupant had been ejected. The driver was identified as Cooper Adams (age 20 of Anchor Point) and was pronounced deceased on scene. Next-of-kin were identified and notified. Alcohol/drugs were not suspected to be a factor in the collision.

On December 6th, 2025, at approximately 2217 hours, AST responded to a report of a disturbance in Wasilla. AST contacted 37-year-old Anton Chebukin, of Wasilla, at the residence. Investigation revealed that Anton had committed Assault IV Fear on a household member. Anton was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial without bail.

On 12/7/25 at approximately 2010 hours, AST received a report of a disturbance at residence in Wasilla. It was reported that Richard Bernal, age 48 of Wasilla, was in a physical altercation with a household member inside the residence. Investigation revealed that Richard had assaulted a household member and was arrested and transported to MSPT for Assault 4 DV.

On 12/07/2025 at approximately 1103 hours, AST responded to a residence in Palmer reference a domestic disturbance. Investigation revealed Krista Corley age 47 of Palmer committed the crime of DV Criminal Mischief. On 12/05/2025 the Alaska State Troopers arrested Timothy Tungiyan, age 26 of Gambell for Sexual Abuse of a Minor in the First Degree for sexually penetrating a child under 13 years of age at the time of the abuse. He was remanded to AMCC and held without bail. --Update-- On 12/07/2025 Timothy was arraigned by the Kotzebue Court and was issued conditions of release and will be held on a $50K bail.

On December 6, 2025, at approximately 2349 hours, the Alaska State Troopers responded to El Dorado Drive in Fairbanks for a single vehicle MVC. Investigation revealed that the driver did not have an IID device as required by the AK DMV. Charges are being forwarded to the Fairbanks DA's Office.

On 12/07/2025 at approximately 1409 hours, AST received a call for a medical assist near Kertulla Ct. in Wasilla. At approximately 1423 hours, Morgan Valesquez, age 35, of Wasilla, was pronounced deceased from natural causes in her home, no foul play suspected. Next of kin was notified. The State Medical Examiner released Morgan's remains to the family.
