On 12/9/2025 at approximately 1720 hours, AST conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a taillight out. The driver was identified as Caleb Marks, age 25 of Hydaburg. The traffic stop revealed Caleb to be driving under the influence of alcohol. Caleb was arrested for DUI and transported to Craig Police Department for DUI processing. Datamaster revealed Caleb's breath to be at 0.078. Caleb was released from Craig PD and issued a court date.

On 12/8/2025, at approximately 2048 hours, Seward AST was dispatched to a residence in Bear Lake for a report of a potentially intoxicated driver. Seward AST contacted Jacob Boulden, age 41 of Seward. Investigation revealed that Boulden had operated a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and was placed under arrest. He was transported to Spring Creek Correctional Center where he was remanded on charges of DUI and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test, and held on a $1,000 cash bail.

On Dec. 8, 2025, Alaska State Troopers responded to a reported death at a residence in Sterling around 8:25 a.m. Investigators found 56-year-old Shelly Elaine Rowe deceased inside the home. Her remains were sent to the State Medical Examiner’s Office for autopsy and her next of kin have been notified. The investigation is ongoing.

On December 4, 2025, at 3:51 pm, the Alaska State Troopers received a report of a DV sexual assault in the Big Lake area. The Southcentral Major Crimes Unit investigated. On December 5, they arrested Eli Doisher, age 51 of Big Lake, and remanded him on one count of Sexual Assault in the 1st Degree, one count of Assault in the 2nd Degree, one count of Assault in the 3rd Degree, and two counts of Assault in the 4th Degree.

On 12/9/25 at approximately 1700 hours, Alaska State Troopers responded to a motor vehicle collision on the Palmer Wasilla Highway near 49th State Street in Palmer. An investigation revealed that Chance Dehart, 38, of Wasilla, was driving his GMC Sierra when he collided with the rear of a GMC Yukon. No injuries were reported. Further investigation revealed that Dehart was operating his vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Dehart was arrested for DUI and transported to MSPT for remand.

On December 9, 2025, Alaska State Troopers in Glennallen conducted a traffic stop at mile 117 of the Richardson Highway on a black Pontiac following a REDDI (Report Every Dangerous Driver Immediately) complaint. The driver, identified as Alika Antrim, age 23 of Palmer, was traveling from Anchorage to Tok and was found to be operating the vehicle with a suspended Alaska driver’s license. Based on the findings of the investigation, the vehicle was impounded.
During an inventory of the vehicle, Troopers observed drug paraphernalia in plain view, including a glass pipe containing white residue and hypodermic needles. A telephonic search warrant was obtained, resulting in the seizure of additional drug-related items. Preliminary field testing indicated the presence of methamphetamine.
Antrim was issued a summons for Driving While License Suspended. Charges for Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance in the Fifth Degree (MICS 5) are pending confirmation from the State Crime Lab. The investigation remains ongoing.

On December 8, 2025, the Alaska State Troopers arrested 38-year-old Bethel resident Alissa Rogers on charges of Violating Conditions of Release and Driving Under the Influence. Rogers, an administrative assistant at the Alaska State Trooper's Bethel office, reported for work intoxicated after driving a personal vehicle to the office. Rogers was remanded to Yukon Kuskokwim Correctional Center without incident.

On 12/9/25 at approximately 1245 hours, John Raymond age 35 of Fairbanks was arrested after investigation determined that he assaulted a family member. John Raymond was transported to the Fairbanks Correctional Facility without incident.

On 12/09/2025 at approximately 0800 hours, AST received a report of suspicious drug activity on N. Williwaw Way in Wasilla. Investigation revealed the driver, Jacob Epps, age 19 of Wasilla was violating his conditions release and had two active arrest warrants. Epps was arrested and remanded to MAT-SU Pretrial where he was held with no bail pending arraignment.
