  On 3/10/26 at approximately 1943 hours, AST received a report of a disturbance at a residence in Wasilla. Troopers arrived, and investigation revealed that Eldon Criswell age 74 of Wasilla, damaged household property. Eldon was arrested and transported to MSPT for Criminal Mischief 4 DV.

  On March 11, 2026, at approximately 1125 hours, the Alaska State Troopers responded to MP6 Steese Hwy for a stalled vehicle. Investigation revealed that Harry Commack was operating a vehicle while highly intoxicated. Harry was remanded to the Fairbanks Correctional Center.

  On 3/11/26 at approximately 1115 hours, the Fairbanks Alaska State Troopers received a report of a deceased person at their residence in North Pole.  The death was investigated; no foul play was suspected and next of kin were advised.  The State Medical Examiner’s office declined an autopsy.

  On March 11, 2026, at approximately 0730 hours, AST in Delta Junction received a violation of conditions of release report. AST contacted Larry Pavila, age 25, who was violating conditions of release set in multiple cases. Pavila was arrested and transported to FCC where he was remanded on two charges of VCOR. Pavila is held on no bail.

  On 03/11/2026 at 1620 hours the Alaska State Troopers conducted a traffic stop near Mile 269 Parks Highway for a moving violation.  Investigation determined the driver, Noah Escalante, age 22 from Fort Wainwright had an outstanding No Bail Arrest Warrant for Fail to Remand on the charge of DUI.  Additionally, Escalante's driver's license was revoked.  He was remanded to FCC for his warrant and new charge of DWLR.

  On Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at approximately 12:28AM AST was in the area of Steese Hwy/Chena Hot Springs Rd when a grey Toyota Tundra was observed driving over a center median and against the flow of traffic on the roundabout. A traffic stop was initiated and a DUI investigation was conducted. The driver was arrested for DUI, 2nd offense.

  Type: Sexual Abuse of a Minor

  Dispatch Text:

  In October 2025, the Alaska State Troopers were notified that a child had reported being sexually abused by 29-year-old Wasilla resident Jason Boggs over several months. The Alaska Bureau of Investigation assumed case responsibility. In March 2026, DNA collected during the ABI investigation confirmed the allegations. On March 10, 2026, Boggs was arrested by investigators on two counts of Sexual Abuse of a Minor in the Second Degree*. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial. 
  
  *This release was updated to reflect the correct degree of Sexual Abuse of a Minor that was charged.
