On 6/2/24 at approximately 1030 hours Palmer AST responded to an address on Aeronautical Ave for a tip on a wanted subject, Mackenzie Kelly, age 22 of Wasilla. Kelly had two outstanding warrants for her arrest, one for original charge of Misconduct Involving Controlled Substances 2nd Degree with a bail of $20,000, the second for original charges of Misconduct Involving Controlled Substances 5th Degree and False Information with a bail of $100. AST ultimately located Kelly hiding in a locked bedroom of her mother's residence. Kelly was arrested without incident and transported to Mat-Su Pretrial where she was remanded on her warrants with a total bail of $20,100.

On 06/03/2024 at approximately 1826 hours, Alaska State Troopers responded to a disturbance on Hidden Hills in Willow. Investigation led to the arrest of Dylan Farrell, age 37 of Wasilla, for Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance V and Endangering the Welfare of a Minor. Farrell was remanded to the custody of the Mat-Su Pretrial Facility.

On 06/04/2024 at approximately 0018 hours, Alaska State Troopers contacted Justus Miller, age 43 of Seward, near mile 73 of the Parks Hwy in Willow. Investigation revealed Miller was Driving Under the Influence of alcohol. Miller was arrested and remanded to the custody of the Mat-Su Pretrial Facility and will be released on his own recognizance once sober.

On 06/03/2024 at approximately 2137 hours, Alaska State Troopers received a report from Palmer Pretrial Enforcement Division (PED) that Teerri Christensen, age 19 of Wasilla, had cut off her ankle monitor. Investigation led to the arrest of Christensen for Escape III. Christensen was remanded to the custody of the Mat-Su Pretrial Facility and held without bail. PED also remanded Christensen with one count of Violating Conditions of Release.

On June 3rd 2024, at about 2157, Troopers received and found a REDDI Report of a vehicle failing to maintain lane, failing to stop at stop signs, and failing to use turn signals on College Rd near Hess Ave in Fairbanks. Upon contact and further investigation with the driver, Karen Wilken, she was placed under arrested for DUI and later an additional charge of Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test. Karen was remanded to FCC without further incident.

On Monday June 3rd 2024, at about 2055, Troopers received a report of a DV assault just after the fact in the area of Philips Field in Fairbanks. Upon further investigation, it was determined Scott McConnell, had committed the crime of Assault 4 DV by causing pain to his girlfriend. Charges were forwarded to the DAO as the suspect was not present and unable to be located.

On 06/04/2024 at approximately 1129 hours, AST stopped a vehicle on College Road. The stop resulted in the arrest of Donald Wilson, age 60 of Fairbanks. Donald was remanded at FCC for DWLR and Violating Conditions of Release.

Location: FairbanksType: Motor Vehicle CollisionDispatch Text:
On 06/04/2024 at approximately 1807 hours, the Alaska State Troopers received a report of a motor vehicle collision on Davis Road. Subsequent investigation revealed that a motorist exited the roadway and collided into a bicyclist resulting in injury to both parties. Both parties were transported to the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. Alcohol was identified as being a possible factor. This case is currently under investigation.
