On 9/10/25 at approximately 2301 hours, AST received a report of an assault around S Rose St. Investigation found that Madison Pyles, 25, of Palmer had assaulted her boyfriend during an altercation, causing him to flee their residence. Madison was remanded to Mat-Su Pre-Trial on 9-11-25 on two counts of DV Assault in the 4th degree.

On 9/10/2025 at 1126 hours, AST received a request of a welfare check on W Marble Way, Wasilla AK. The caller reported that yesterday Kalene Baldwin was heavily intoxicated and destroyed the inside of the house. The caller reported there were 3 children inside the house during the incident. Upon investigation Kalene was intoxicated and flipped the bed mattress over on to two computer monitors damaging the monitors. She also threw other miscellaneous inside the house causing a big mess. The three children were not harmed from the incident. Kalene was arrested for Criminal Mischief domestic violence and transported to MSPT without incident.

On 09/11/2025 AST conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle near Knik-Goose Bay road and Northshore Dr. AST contacted 3 occupants inside the vehicle. Through investigation, AST learned that the driver, Lori Marquis, age 63, of Wasilla, and the front passenger, Gladys Anderson, age 53, of Wasilla, had outstanding warrants for their arrest, both stemming from the original charge of MICS V. The total bail of their warrants was $1050.
Lori was also found to be in possession of a controlled substance.
After placing both individuals into custody, AST contacted the third passenger, Lisa Samson, age 55, of Wasilla, who was discovered to be in possession of suspected Methamphetamine.
Charges will be forwarded to the District Attorney on Lori and Lisa for the additional MICS charges.
Lori and Gladys were both remanded on their warrants at MatSu Pretrial.

On 09/11/2025 at approximately 0937 hours, Troopers took a report of a single vehicle motor vehicle collision in the area of mile 45 of the Richardson Hwy. Upon further investigation, it was determined a vehicle, towing a boat, was driving north on the Richardson Hwy, when the boat came off of the trailer, causing the trailer to become disabled. No injuries reported.

On 09/11/2025 at approximately 1333 hours, Alaska State Troopers received a report of an active disturbance at a residence in Tanacross. AST responded to the residence and contacted both involved parties. Investigation revealed, Delbert R. Titus, age 49 had recklessly placed another in fear of physical injury. Titus was placed under arrest and charged with Assault in the Fourth Degree and transported to Fairbanks Correctional Center and held without bail.

On 9-11, Delta AST received a report from Pogo Mine a handgun had been located near mile 40 of the Pogo Mine Rd. The handgun is at the Delta AST post. If you lost your handgun and can provide proof of ownership, the handgun can be picked up at the Delta AST post.

On 09/11/25 AST received a report that Emil Bergman of North Pole was found deceased in his home. After investigation, it was determined he passed due to natural causes and no foul play was suspected. Next of kin have been notified. SME released the body to Fairbanks Funeral Home.

On 09/05/2025 at approximately 1705 hours, Shaunivon Vorhes, age 39 of Eagle River, was contacted by Alaska Wildlife Troopers after hunting for moose in Eureka. During the contact, it was discovered that Vorhes had harvested an illegal bull moose and was transporting it out of the field. Vorhes was charged with two misdemeanors for Take Moose Closed Season due to there being no open season for the size of the moose harvested and Unlawful Possession and Transport of Big Game Meat. He was issued a mandatory court date in October in the Glennallen Court to appear on the charges.
