On September 28th, 2025 the Alaska State Troopers (AST) received a report about a gray Jeep Gladiator that had been sitting at an intersection on East End Road and appeared like someone was learning to drive a manual, or they were intoxicated because of how the vehicle kept jerking, or lurching forward. AST responded to the area and eventually observed a gray Jeep Gladiator swerving in its' lane and traveling at a high rate of speed. AST conducted a traffic stop and subsequent investigation led to Ulian Gostevskyh, age 22 of Woodburn, OR, was arrested for one count of DUI and one count of Misconduct Involving Weapons in the 4th Degree. Ulian showed a breath alcohol content of 0.173 at approximately 0052 hours. Ulian was transported to the Homer Jail for remand.

On September 28, 2025, at approximately 1630 hrs, AST received a report of a DVPO violation. Investigation revealed that Hailey Ray, 23 YOA, had violated a DVPO. Hailey was arrested and remanded to MSPT, where she was held without bail.

Location: WasillaType: DV Assault IVDispatch Text:
On 09/29/2025 at approximately 1558 hours, MATCOM dispatch received a report of a physical altercation between a male and a female in a vehicle at the intersection of Vine Road and Knik Goose Bay Road in Wasilla. AST responded to the scene, and subsequent investigation revealed that JACOB EPPS of Wasilla had placed the female in fear of imminent physical injury and subsequently caused physical injury. Jacob was arrested for two counts of Domestic Violence, Assault in the Fourth Degree. Jacob was remanded to MatSu Pretrial where he is held without bail.

On 09/29/2025 Troopers were contacted by Alaska Defendant Monitoring reporting Stetson Conway violating his conditions of release. Additionally, Troopers established probable cause Conway was operating a motor vehicle in violation of his revoked driver's license status. Conway is being charged with two counts of Violating Conditions of Release and DWSOL.

On 09/29/2025 at approximately 0532 hours, AST received a 911 call from Cullen Tisch, 32 YOA. The following investigation revealed that Cullen had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. AST ultimately located Cullen in a vehicle near the Palmer Wasilla Highway. Cullen was arrested without incident and transported to MSPT, where he was held on $1,000.00 bail.

Location: FairbanksType: Felony DUI and Refusal, Leaving scene of accidentDispatch Text:
On September 28, 2025, at approximately 2125 hours, the Alaska State Troopers responded to the area of Yankovich Rd for the report of a disabled vehicle. Investigation revealed that Ryan McMurray, 52YOA of Fairbanks, committed the offense of Felony DUI and Leaving the scene of an accident. Ryan was transported to the Fairbanks AST post where he refused to provide an adequate breath sample. Ryan was remanded to the Fairbanks Correctional Center on the charges of Felony DUI, Felony Refusal, and Leaving the scene of an accident.

On September 27, 2025, at approximately 0139 hours, the Alaska State Troopers received a call reporting that their vehicle was missing. The vehicle was located by Troopers in the area of Airport Way in Fairbanks. Investigation revealed M.C. had stolen the vehicle. M.C. was remanded to the Fairbanks Youth Facility.

On 9/29/2025, Troopers responded to Victor Street for a disturbance between Antione Lyons and Lorraine Ivanoff. After investigation Antione was arrested and charged with Assault in the Fourth Degree.

On September 26, 2025, at 1:10 pm, Juneau AWT received a report of a person who had hiked up the Mt. Roberts trail and become lost on steep terrain. The individual could see downtown Juneau but was unsure how to get down safely. He reported that he was not dressed for the weather and had no food or water. Juneau Mountain Rescue (JMR) was requested for assistance and began planning a rescue. At 5:12 pm, JMR located the individual and assisted him back to the trail and down the mountain.
