  On 4/2/2026 at approximately 1414 hours ASST recieved multiple 911 calls of a REDDI white GMC driving recklessly and nearly hitting cars. The vehicle was stopped by Troopers at Trunk Rd and Parks Hwy. The driver, Kalene Bowers, was arrested for DUI. She was remanded to Matu-Su Pre-Trial and held on $500 bail. Additional charges are being investigated.

  On 4/1/26, at 2116 hours, AST Sgt & Tok VPSO were dispatch to a disturbance in Tok.  The VPSO was directed to patrol the area in an attempt to locate the suspect who walked away from the incident location..  During the patrol of the area, the VPSO observed a vehicle parked in the parking lot of a gas station in Tok.  The VPSO made contact with the occupants in the vehicle and determined Robert Mayo, age 65 of Fairbanks was out of compliance with his  SOR status.   Mayo was arrested and transported to FCC where he was remanded.

  On 4/1/26, at 1800 hours, the Tok VPSO made contact with Allen Agnes Jr. age 22 of Tetlin who FTA on court case 4FA-25-671CR.  Agnes was detained on his unsecured appearance bond and assigned a new court date.  Agnes was released after her was served .

  On 04/02/2026, Alaska State Troopers in Healy located a stolen vehicle from Fairbanks.  The investigation resulted in the arrest and remand of Samual Cobbs, 24, for Failure to stop for a police officer, Vehicle Theft 1, Driving while License Suspended, Theft 2, and Violation of Conditions of release.

  On 04/02/2026, Alaska State Troopers responded to a reported domestic disturbance on Shasta Drive in North Pole. Following an on-scene investigation, Troopers arrested 23-year-old Isaac Boyles. He was remanded to Fairbanks Correctional Center on charges of Criminal Trespass in the First Degree, Assault in the Fourth Degree, and Terroristic Threatening in the Second Degree.

  On April 2, 2026, at about 1:35 a.m., Fairbanks AST conducted a traffic stop near Old Richardson Highway and Henry Street in North Pole. The driver, identified as Larry Miller, age 43 of North Pole, was arrested for driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked. He was remanded into custody at Fairbanks Correctional Center.

  On 04/01/2026 at approximately 2237 hours, Alaska State Troopers in Fairbanks conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in Fairbanks for expired registrations. Investigation revealed the driver, John Heffer, 64 YOA, was driving under the influence of an impairing substance. Heffer was arrested for DUI and remanded to FCC.

  On 4/2/26 at approximately 1342 hours Alaska State Troopers contacted David H. Trumbly (age 58 from Anchorage) at Customer Service in the Nesbett Courthouse. Investigation revealed that Trumbly had a warrant for his arrest on the original charge of Assault 4 and MIW4. Trumbley was arrested on the warrant and remanded to the Anchorage Jail where he is held on $5,000.00 bail.
