On 01/17/2026 at about 0103 hours, the Alaska State Troopers received a 911 call from a residence in the 2300 Block of Killer Whale Avenue. Investigation revealed that Jeremy Lorber, age 32 of Ketchikan had physically assaulted a family member. Further investigation revealed that Lorber damage property at the residence. Alcohol was a factor. Lorber was arrested and remanded to Ketchikan Correctional Center with No Bail.

On 1/18/2026, at approximately 0215 hours, a resident in Bayview Trailer Courts (Seward) called AST to report a disturbance with a family member who was intoxicated. AST arrived, with the assistance of Seward PD, and located the involved parties. As a result of the investigation, Reign Jack, age 20 of Seward, was arrested for Assault 3 DV, Assault 4 DV x 2, and VCOR. Reign was on conditions from a prior incident not to consume alcohol. Alcohol was a factor in this incident. Reign was transported to Spring Creek Correctional Center where he was held without bail pending arraignment.

On 1/18/26 around 1220 hours, Alaska State Troopers responded to a residence off North Miller Lp., in Nikiski. Upon arrival, Kobie Tylor Talbott, 32 of Anchorage, was contacted and arrested on two outstanding arrest warrants for Failure to Comply with conditions of probation (original charges of Burglary 1st and Theft 2nd degree). Talbott was remanded at Wildwood pretrial with a $3,500 bail.

On January 17, 2026, at approximately 1500 hours, Alaska State Troopers responded to a report of a disturbance at a residence in Glennallen. The caller reported that her adult son was acting aggressively and causing property damage inside the home. Troopers arrived and identified the suspect as Michael Harris, age 33. Investigation revealed Michael had damaged an interior door during the incident. Michael admitted to using an object to force the door open, resulting in visible damage. Troopers arrested Michael for Criminal Mischief in the 5th Degree and Probation Violation. He was transported to the Mat-Su Pretrial Facility for remand.

On 01/17/2026 AST received a report of a disturbance in Houston. AST contacted Samuel Dodd, age 28, of Wasilla. Investigation revealed Samuel had caused physical injury to a household member and broken a T.V. During Samuel's arrest, he resisted AST, attempting to bite and kick Troopers. Samuel was ultimately remanded on the following charges at MSPT: 1 Count of DV Assault 4, 2 Counts of DV Assault in the Presence of a Child, 1 Count of DV Criminal Mischief 4, 1 count of Resisting Arrest, 2 Counts of Assault 4, 7 Counts of Unlawful Contact.Posted on 1/18/2026 4:10:45 AM by DPS\ajbigari

On 01/18/2026 at approximately 0106 hours, AST responded to a suspicious male in Wasilla. Troopers contacted Chase Cunitz, age 23 of Wasilla, who had an active arrest warrant (3PA-24-02254CR, Fail to remand, O/C Theft 3). Cunitz was arrested and remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial where he was held with no bail per the arrest warrant.

On 01/17/2026 at 1726 hours the Alaska State Troopers conducted a traffic stop for speeding at Mile 247 Parks Highway, near Healy. Investigation determined Chase Nelson, age 20 from Anchorage was using the wrong plates on his vehicle and did not have insurance as required. Nelson was issued misdemeanor summons for Misuse of Plates and No Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance.

On 1/18/2025 at approximately 0059 hours, Troopers observed a vehicle on the Richardson Highway in Fairbanks commit multiple moving violations. An investigation revealed Clinton Watson, age 42, of Fairbanks, was operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. Further, Clinton was operating on a revoked license and had three misdemeanor warrants for his arrest. On 01/17/2026 at 2033 hours the Alaska State Troopers responded to a disturbance at a gas station in Healy involving Jennifer Snider, age 42 from Anchorage. AST had contacted Jennifer multiple times previously in the evening for other issues. Investigation determined Jennifer assaulted another person causing physical injury. Following her arrest for Assault 4th (DV) she attempted to contact the victim multiple times. During transport she removed herself from the handcuffs. Jennifer was arrested and remanded to FCC for Assault 4th (DV), 4 counts of Unlawful Contact 2nd (DV), and Escape 4th. Alcohol was considered to be a contributing factor.

On 1/18/2026, Troopers stopped a Nissan Altima for equipment and signaling violations. The driver, Kias Peter, admitted to recent alcohol consumption and displayed multiple indicators of impairment, including bloodshot watery eyes, the odor of alcohol, and poor performance on standardized field sobriety tests. Peter provided a preliminary breath sample of .117 BrAC and a DataMaster result of .107 BrAC following arrest. Peter was remanded to FCC.
