Location: SewardType: REDDI, DUI, No Insurance & MICS 5 x 2Dispatch Text:
On 10/24/2025 at approximately 1251 hours, AST dispatch received a "Report Every Dangerous Driver Immediately" (REDDI) driving through Cooper Landing. Seward AST conducted a traffic stop near mile 53 of the Sterling Hwy. The driver was identified as Elaina Ryder, 37 YOA of Homer. The investigation revealed that Elaina was operating a vehicle under the influence of controlled substances, driving with no insurance, and was in possession of Methamphetamine and Fentanyl. Elaina was placed under arrest and later released on her own recognizance (OR) on the charges of DUI, no insurance, and two charges of misconduct involving a controlled substance (MICS) in the fifth degree.

On 10/24/2025 at approximately 0942 hours, AST responded to a call for service off Wasilla Fishhook. The following investigation revealed that Alexia Noel, 33 YOA, was driving while under the influence of alcohol. Alexia was arrested and transported to MSPT, where she was remanded and held on $500.00 bail.

On 10/23/2025 at approximately 2112 hours, AST received a 911 call from Jesse Kern age 43 , of Palmer, stating that he had been attacked.
Troopers responded to the residence near Bogard Street and spoke with Jesse Kern. Investigation revealed that Jesse had recklessly placed a member of the household in fear of imminent physical injury. Jesse was arrested and charged with Assault 4 (DV), Harassment 1, and Assault in the presence of a child. Jesse was transported to Mat-Su pretrial, where he is being held without bail pending his arraignment.

Location: WasillaType: Fail to Stop 2nd Degree, Warrant ArrestDispatch Text:
On 10/24/2025 at approximately 02:27 hours AST attempted to conduct a traffic stop near W Hollow Nook Dr when a vehicle failed to yield. A short pursuit was initiated, and the vehicle was followed to a residence on W Greensward Dr. 2 suspects were identified by AST, and both were detained. In addition, the investigation revealed Amanda House, age 44, of Wasilla, had an active bench warrant for her arrest. Amanda was transported to MSPT to be remanded on her warrant. The vehicle was impounded, and investigation is still ongoing.

On 10/23/2025 AST conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in Knik-Goose Bay Road. Investigation revealed a passenger, Gladys Anderson, age 54, of Wasilla was not wearing her seatbelt. Further investigation revealed Gladys had an active bench warrant for her arrest for MICS 5. Glady's was arrested and taken to MSPT to be remanded on her warrant.

On 10/24/2025 AST was notified of a disturbance in Wasilla where a male could be heard threatening to harm someone. Troopers arrived and located Dwight Kilgore Sr. Investigation revealed Dwight had assaulted another and threatened to assault them. Dwight was arrested for Assault in the 3rd degree and Assault in the 4th degree. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pre-trial and held on no bail.

On October 23, 2025, at approximately 2252 hours, the Alaska State Troopers received a report of a vehicle theft in the area of Phillips Field Rd. The vehicle was subsequently recovered. The investigation is ongoing at this time.

On October 23, 2025, Alaska State Troopers received a report of a male victim who had been shot in the leg. The victim was taken to the hospital and was treated for a small caliber projectile in his leg, along with multiple blunt force injuries.
The victim reported that on October 23, 2025, Jonathan Critchfield, age 43, of North Pole, and Edwin Hanson, age 41, of North Pole, had given him a ride and began questioning him about stolen property. The victim tried to leave the vehicle but was threatened with violence. Critchfield and Hanson then drove the victim to a residence in North Pole, where the victim reported he was tortured, including being shot in the leg by the air rifle. The victim was eventually transported to another residence, where he was able to escape.
At around 7 pm on October 23, the State Troopers’ Northern SWAT Team executed a search warrant at a North Pole residence and located Hanson. Hanson was arrested for Kidnapping and Assault in the third degree and remanded to Fairbanks Correctional Center. Critchfield was not located at the residence and remains at large. Alaska State Troopers are asking for the public's help in locating Critchfield. If you see Critchfield, call 911 immediately; do not approach him as he is considered armed and dangerous. Location: NenanaType: MVC-D and other crimesDispatch Text:
On 10/22/2025 at 2147 hours the Alaska State Troopers responded to a single vehicle rollover accident near Mile 306 Parks Highway, near Nenana. Upon arrival Troopers did not locate the driver and the driver failed to report the collision to law enforcement as required. On 10/24/2025 Troopers identified and contacted the driver, Calief Nelson, age 26 from Fairbanks. Nelson was subsequently issued misdemeanor summons for DWLR, Reckless Driving, Fail to Report Collision, VCOR, and No Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance.
