On November 16, 2025, at 8:56 pm, Alaska State Troopers in Soldotna received a report that Central Emergency Services was responding to a structure fire in Sterling. At 9:40 pm, firefighters located human remains inside the structure. The remains were sent to the State Medical Examiner's Office for identification. Alaska State Fire Marshals responded to conduct an investigation. The investigation is ongoing.

On 11/18/2025 at approximately 1620 hours, AST received a report of a disturbance at a residence on N. Spruce Dr. in Wasilla. Investigation revealed Frank Ramoth, age 37 of Wasilla, assaulted a household member. Ramoth was arrested at the scene without incident and charged with Assault 4th. Ramoth was remanded into MSPT where he was held without bail.

On November 18, 2025, at approximately 0718 hours, MATCOM received a report of a vehicle in the ditch at the intersection of Overlook and Wyoming Drive. Investigation revealed Ryan Wissing, age 31 of Wasilla, who was assisting with the vehicle on scene, had an active arrest warrant (3PA-25-01926CR). On 11/16/25 at approximately 2227 hours, AST conducted a traffic stop in Wasilla. Investigation revealed the passenger, Gregory Lee age 43, of Wasilla had a $500 warrant for MICS 5. Lee was arrested on his warrant and remanded to MSPT.

On 11/17/25 at approximately 0102 hours, AST conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle near Hallea Road, Wasilla. Investigation revealed the driver, Emma Vanborg age 25, of Wasilla had a $1,000 warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Assault 4th and a $150 warrant for Criminal Trespass 2nd. Vanborg was arrested on her warrants and remanded to MSPT.

On November 18, 2025, at approximately 0228 hours, the Alaska State Troopers responded to the area of the Steese Hwy for a disturbance. Investigation revealed that Dylan Freedle committed the offense of Assault 4(DV), Assault in the presence of a child x2, and Resisting Arrest. Dylan was remanded to the Fairbanks Correctional Center where he was held without bail.

On 11/18/2025 at approximately 0539 hours, Alaska State Troopers contacted Nathaniel Caole, 25 YOA, on the Richardson Hwy at Badger Road in North Pole in reference to a suspicious vehicle in North Pole. Caole attacked the AST patrol vehicle with a large stick before fleeing on foot. Caole was ultimately arrested and remanded to FCC on charges of Disorderly Conduct and VCOR.

Location: Delta JunctionType: Assault III x4, Assault in Presence of a Child x2, Terroristic Threatening II, Criminal Mischief VDispatch Text:
On 11/18/2025 at about 0027 hours, the Alaska State Troopers were notified of a domestic disturbance near Clearwater Road in Delta Junction. The caller reported Ty Millete, age 43 of Delta Junction, was intoxicated, armed with a firearm, and threatened to shoot a family member. Millete equipped himself with a ballistic vest and made threats that responding troopers may not survive. His words and conduct elicited a high-risk response from responding troopers. Investigation revealed Millete placed four family members in fear by his words and use of a firearm. Millette also damaged property at the residence.
Millete was taken into custody without further incident. He was transported to the Fairbanks Correctional Center and remanded on four counts of Assault in the Third Degree (DV), two counts of Assault in the Presence of a Child (DV), one count of Terroristic Threatening in the Second Degree (DV), and one count of Criminal Mischief in the Fifth Degree (DV).

Location: PalmerType: Assault with FirearmDispatch Text:
On November 17, 2025, at 9:30am, the Alaska State Troopers responded to the area of N Palmer-Fishhook Road in Palmer for an assault with a firearm. Investigation determined that 38-year-old Michael Carlson had shot a 43-year-old male who was transported to a local hospital with what are believed to be non-life-threatening injuries. Carlson was arrested for Assault 1, Assault 2, Misconduct Involving Weapons 2, and Violate Conditions of Arrest. He was remanded to the Matsu Pre-trial facility. The investigation is ongoing.
