    Location: Soldotna
    Type: Violating Conditions, Misconduct Involving Controlled Substances

    Dispatch Text:

    On 2/8/2025, AST Soldotna responded to a residence near Ord Ln in Soldotna for a disturbance between several residents on the property. Troopers responded and contacted Franklin Kilfoyle, age 52 of Kasilof, who was recently released on conditions not to leave the property or be in possession of controlled substances. In conjunction with the Kenai Pre-Trial Enforcement Division, a search of Kilfoyle's person and vehicle was conducted which led to the discovery of several controlled substances. Kilfoyle was arrested, transported to Wildwood Pre-Trial Facility and remanded on the charges of Violating Conditions of Release and three counts of Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance the the 5th degree.

    Type: Assault 4 DV/ Unlawful Contact 2

    Dispatch Text:

    On 02/08/2025 at approximately 2119 hours, MATCOM received a call of a Disturbance in the area of Vine Road and Limberlost Avenue. AST responded and contacted Heather Hambek- Butler, age 51, of Wasilla. Investigation revealed that Heather had recklessly caused physical injury to another person that lived in the residence. Heather was placed under arrest for Assault in the 4th degree and Unlawful Contact in the 2nd Degree. Heather was transported to MSPT and held without bail.

    Location: Willow
    Type: Motor Vehicle Collision - Serious Injury

    Dispatch Text:

    On 02/09/2025 at approximately 1425 hours, Alaska State Troopers responded to mile 62 Parks Hwy in Willow for a report of a head-on collision. Investigation revealed a Chevy Cavelier was southbound on the Parks Hwy when the vehicle struck black ice and slid into the northbound lane and struck a Ram 1500 that was driving north. Investigation into the incident is ongoing. The highway was closed for approximately two hours for rescue units and scene documentation.

    Dispatch Text:

    On 2/9/2025 at approximately 0030 hours, AST received a report of an assault with a dangerous instrument at a residence on Abbey Road.  Investigation revealed that Diane John 36 YOA, of Willow, assaulted a family member with a knife.  Diane was arrested and remanded to MSPT, where she was held without bail.

    Dispatch Text:

    On 02/08/2025 at approximately 2201 hours AST Dispatch received an Automatic Crash Notification. Troopers responded to the scene and found Tito Manning, age 50 of Palmer, had driven off the road. Investigation revealed Tito was driving while under the influence of alcohol. Tito was arrested, transported, and remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial.

    On 02/09/2025 at approximately 0100 hours AST Dispatch received a report of a disturbance in Houston. Investigation revealed Scott Arnold, age 31 of Wasilla, had an arrest warrant out of Anchorage. Scott was arrested, transported, and remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial.

    Type: Fraudulent ID, MICS 5th, & MICS 6th

    Dispatch Text:

    On 02/08/2025 at 1830 hours the Alaska State Troopers conducted a traffic stop for a moving violation at approximately Mile 249 Parks Highway.  Investigation determined the driver, Casey Baker, age 19 from Anchorage presented a fake ID.  Casey was arrested and remanded to Fairbanks Correctional Center where he was held without bail pending arraignment for Obtaining an Access Device or ID by Fraudulent Means.  The passenger was identified as Tristan Meding, age 20 from Palmer.  Tristan was issued misdemeanor summons for MICS 5th and MICS 6th.

    On 02/09/2025, Alaska State Troopers in Fairbanks responded to a medical assist in North Pole.  The investigation found that a criminal mischief occurred.  The investigation is ongoing.

    Dispatch Text:

    On Feburary 6th 2025, at about 1550 hours, Troopers codncuted a traffic stop on a vehicle for an equpment violation while driving on the Mitchell Express way near Lathrop St. Upon further investigation, the driver, Jerome Semaken, was had a revoked ADL with multiple prior convictions. Charges were forwarded to the DAO for DWLR.

    On February 9, 2025, at approximately 1547 hours, the Alaska State Troopers responded to the area of Faith Ln for the report of a trespassing. During the investigation, it was determined that Jerome Semaken committed the crime of Criminal Trespass in the first degree when he did not leave after being told to. Mr Semaken was remanded to FCC without incident.
