On 10/7/2024 at approximately 1745 hours, Anchor Point AST conducted a traffic stop near mile marker 156 of the Sterling Highway on a black 2008 Honda Accord bearing AK plate KHD308 for knowing the driver, Ashley Troyer (52) of Anchor Point to be suspended and not having a front bumper. An APSIN check revealed Troyer’s License is suspended for a DMV Points System violation 8/25/24 – 11/25/24. Troyer has multiple prior DWLR citations and convictions within the last 10 years, the most recent being on 4/1/24. Troyer was issued a citation with a mandatory court date for Driving While License Suspended.

On 10/11/2024 at approximately 0715 hours, AST received a report of a suspicious vehicle in the area of E Grand Ave. in Sutton, AK. Upon investigation AST contacted Anna Marie Harmon who had an active arrest warrant. She was arrested for the warrant and transported to Palmer Correctional Center without incident.

On 10/11/2024 at approximately 0153 hours, AST made contact with a vehicle parked in the roadway in the area of Ogard St in Wasilla. The investigation revealed the passenger RACHEL SINFORD had a warrant for her arrest for FTA no motor vehicle liability. She was remanded to Matsu Pretrial with a $250 bail.

On 10/10/2024 at approximately 1826 hours, AST responded to a motor vehicle collision in the area of Parks Hwy MP 49 in Wasilla. The investigation revealed that a driver of a sedan struck a front loader from the rear. One driver was transported to Providence Hospital with life threatening injuries. The investigation is ongoing.

On 10/10/2024 at approximately 2249 hours, AST received a 911 phone call from a residence in Wasilla. The investigation revealed that Owen Stoll had in his possession fentanyl pills. Owen was arrested for misconduct involving a controlled substance in the 4th degree without incident, transported and remanded to Mat-su pretrial with a 250.00 dollar bail.

On October 10, 2024, at approximately 2244 hours, the Alaska State Troopers initiated a traffic stop on a white Subaru with a broken headlight traveling Northbound on Chena Pump Road. The driver identified himself as Robert Thronsen. Further investigation revealed that Robert's driver's license had been revoked with prior convictions of driving while revoked in the past 10 years from Alaska court case 4FA-23-01036CR on 9/24/2024 and Alaska court case 4FA-15-1416 on 10/07/2015. Robert was issued a summons to appear before the court for the offense of driving with a revoked driver's license.

On 10/10/24 AST initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle for equipment violation. The driver did not have a valid drivers license. The driver called Christine Midvag to come pick up the vehicle. Christine arrived and local checks revealed she had an active warrant out for her arrest. She was remanded at FCC on her warrant.

On October 11th, 2024, Alaska State Troopers received a call of a warrant arrest for Frederick Mayo. He was trespassing at the Best Western on Airport Way. Troopers contacted Frederick and remanded him to FCC on his warrant.
