On 11/30/25 at 1540 hours, Alaska State Troopers responded to a residence off Island Lake Rd. in Nikiski where Shelleen Lee Leritz, 34 of Nikiski, was contacted and arrested on two outstanding arrest warrants (original charges of failure to comply with probations and failure to appear for arraignment on a charge of driving with a cancelled license). Leritz was transported and remanded at Wildwood pretrial with a $2600 bail.

Location: SoldotnaType: Vehicle Theft/Theft 4th degreeDispatch Text:
On 11/30/25 at 1116 hours, Alaska State Troopers responded to the area of Urban St. in Soldotna for a report that a female had stolen a phone, wallet, and a 2012 Nissan pickup from the male caller. The caller located his pickup on Urban St. in the ditch, however, the female had left on foot. Troopers conducted a search of the area but were unsuccessful in finding her. AST learned the female had knocked at several residences in the area looking for a ride to the Sterling Three Bears. She was described as having red hair, 5'5" tall and about 120 lbs. She was wearing a brown jacket, blue jeans, and provided the first name of "Sierra" (could be spelled differently). The female had advised the caller she lives in Anchorage.

On 11/30/2025, at approximately 1721 hours, the Alaska State Troopers received a report of a disturbance in the area of East End in Homer. AST responded and contacted Chelsea Jones, age 40. Investigation revealed she assaulted another female. Chelsea was arrested and transported to Homer jail.

On 11/27/2025 at approximately 1404 hours, Troopers took a report of an individual parked in the middle of the road and possibly under the influence near mile 161 Glenn Highway. Upon further investigation it was determined the individual was having a mental health episode. On 12/01/2025 at approximately 1439 hours, Troopers took a report of a single vehicle crash at the intersection of the Tok Cut-Off and Richardson Highway. Upon further investigation, it was determined the driver lost control on the icy road conditions and went into the ditch. No injuries reported. On Nov. 29, 2025, Village Public Safety Officers in Kiana responded to a residence for a reported assault around 6:45 p.m. The VPSOs tried to detain Dustin Gooden, 21, but he resisted. Gooden hit one of the VPSOs. He sustained minor injuries while the VPSOs attempted to take him into custody and he was transported to the clinic for treatment, where he remained uncooperative and combative. Gooden was medevacked to a clinic in Kotzebue for further evaluation and then remanded charges of domestic violence assault, assault on a peace officer, resisting arrest and violating conditions of release.

On 12/01/2025, Alaska State Troopers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance at a residence on Birch Lane in Fairbanks. Upon arrival, the suspect had fled the scene but was later located and taken into custody near a footbridge off Loftus Road. On December 1, 2025, at approximately 1730 hours, Alaska State Troopers from Tok contacted Darin Mark, age 54 of Tetlin, at his residence. Mark had active warrants for his arrest in 4TO-24-00080CR and 4TO-21-00071CR. Mark was placed under arrest for his warrants and remanded to the Fairbanks Correctional Center to serve his ordered sentences.
