On 8/30/2025 AST responded to the area of Clapp for a single vehicle collision. Upon arrival, AST observed the guard railing to be damaged and a vehicle down the road that attempted to flee from the scene before going into the ditch. Dakoda Carp age 23 of Wasilla was contacted and determined to be the driver of the vehicle. The investigation showed that Dakoda was under the influence of alcohol as well as fled the scene of a vehicle collision. Dakoda was remanded to Matsu pretrial where he was charged with driving under the influence and action of operator immediately after accident (leaving the scene of an accident).

On 08/30/2025 at approximately 01:26 hours AST, Dispatch received a report of a disturbance in Palmer. AST responded, and an investigation revealed that Debra Jones, aged 64, of Anchorage, had assaulted a family member. Debra was arrested, transported, and remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial for Assault 4, where she was held without bail.

On 08/29/2025 at about 1520 hours, Sergy Serov, 40 YOA of Wasilla, shop lifted at the Speedway gas station in Meadow Lakes in front of multiple troopers. Furthermore, Serov was trespassed from Speedway. Serov was placed under arrest for one count of theft in the fourth degree and one count of criminal trespass in the second degree. Serov was transported to Mat-Su Pretrial where he was remanded on the aforementioned charges.

On 08/29/2025 at about 1743 hours, Palmer AST responded to the report of a disturbance at a residence in Houston. The suspect was identified as Richard Holcomb, 39 YOA of Houston. The investigation revealed that Richard physically assaulted, strangled, and held a knife to a household member’s neck. Richard also interfered with the report of a DV crime, assaulted a household member in the presence of juveniles, and brandished a knife towards multiple people. Richard was placed under arrest for assault in the second degree, assault in the third degree, assault in the fourth degree, terroristic threatening in the second degree, interfering with the report of a DV crime, and assault in the presence of a child. Richard was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial on the aforementioned charges where he was held without bail pending arraignment.

On 8/25/2025 at approximately 2223 hours, the Alaska State Troopers received a report of a motor vehicle accident involving a moose near mile 118 of the Richardson Highway. Troopers responded, and no injuries were reported. The deceased moose was given to a charity.

On 08/30/2025 at approximately 1210 hours Glennallen AST conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a moving violation near mile 103 of the Old Richardson Highway. Investigation revealed that the driver, Donna Boston, age 55 of Chistochina, was driving without a valid driver license. Additionally, the vehicle being operated by Boston displayed a license plate belonging to a different vehicle and did not have Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance. Boston was charged with Improper Use of Registration and No Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance. Boston was released on scene after being issued misdemeanor citations with a mandatory court appearance and a citation for driving without a valid driver's license. The vehicle was impounded.

On 08/30/2025 at 0041 hours, the Alaska State Troopers conducted a traffic stop in Fairbanks. The Troopers' investigation revealed that Christopher Mullins committed the crime of DUI. Christopher was arrested and transported to FCC.

On 08/30/2025 at approximately 1121 hours, AST from Nenana responded to mile 245 Parks Highway in Healy for a report of a vehicle roll over. Investigation showed Pablo Cedeno Jimenez, age 21 of Fairbanks, was traveling at a high rate of speed. Pablo admitted to traveling at 100 MPH in a 55 MPH zone. He lost control of his vehicle swerving off onto the shoulder and through a DOT sign. The vehicle rolled in the brush. Pablo had no injuries and was summoned for Negligent Driving.

On 08/30/2025 at approximately 0858 hours, Nenana AST conducted a traffic stop on a Silver SUV traveling at a high rate of speed. The driver, Kristina Bowers, age 22 of Wasilla, was operating the vehicle without a valid drivers license. The owner of the vehicle, Leonard Lampe, age 30 of Wasilla, was the passenger and permitted Kristina to drive. Kristian was summoned for Driving Without a Valid Operators License. Leonard was summoned for Permitting Unauthorized Person to Drive.

On 8/30/25 at approximately 1556 hours, Alaska State Troopers received a REDDI report that a vehicle was swerving on the road and had thrown shooter bottles out the window. North Pole Police Department and Alaska State Troopers responded and stopped the vehicle. The Investigation revealed Kianna King (25) of Fairbanks to be driving under the influence with a child in the vehicle. Kianna King was remanded to Fairbanks Correctional Center for one count of Driving Under the Influence, one count of Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test, one count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child in the First Degree, and two Counts of VCOR.
