Location: SewardType: MVC and Warrant ArrestDispatch Text:
On March 24, 2026, Seward AST received notification of a motor vehicle collision near mile 60 of the Seward Highway. Upon AST arrival, all parties had left the scene. Through investigation, a traffic stop was conducted on a separate vehicle believed to be involved which led to a warrant arrest of Peter Clark, age 53 of Fairbanks. Clark was remanded to Spring Creek Correctional Center for his warrant.

On 3/24/26 at approximately 1600 hours, Alaska State Troopers in Wasilla contacted Joshua Davis, age 28 of Wasilla. Investigation revealed that Davis had an outstanding warrant for his arrest on the original charges of Impersonate Public Servant I and Reckless Driving. Davis was arrested for his warrant and transported to MSPT for remand.

On 03/24/2026 at 1315 hours, Alaska State Troopers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for multiple moving violations on the Parks Highway near Church Road. Investigation revealed, Alexy Pilipaka 23 YOA did not have an interlock device in the vehicle he was operating as required. Alexy was cited with a misdemeanor summons to appear in court on a later date.

Krystopher Carmean was found intoxicated at the protected party's residence, which he is prohibited from visiting under his conditions of release. Carmean is also prohibited from consuming alcohol. He was taken into custody and booked into Mat-Su Pretrial.

On 3/24/26 at approximately 0339 hours, AST received a report of a disturbance at a residence on W Metcalf Cir in Wasilla. Investigation revealed Cynthia Devargas age 34, of Wasilla damaged property in the residence. On 3/23/26 at approximately 2303 hours, AST received a report of a disturbance at a residence in Wasilla. AST arrived, and investigation revealed that Curtis Konig, age 33 of Wasilla, had unlawfully entered a dwelling and assaulted a former roommate. Curtis was arrested and transported to MSPT for Assault 4 DV and Criminal Trespass 1 DV.

On 3-22-26 AST responded to a report of an impaired driver who was stuck in the median on the Steese Highway in Fairbanks. Investigation showed that Kristy Moses, age 36 of Fairbanks, was intoxicated and had crashed her vehicle. Kristy was arrested for felony DUI and remanded to FCC.

On 03/23/2026 AST Fairbanks Dispatch received a report of a disturbance at the La Quinta Inn near Fairbanks airport. It was reported that a male and a female were having a verbal dispute. Investigations revealed that Nathan Henry, 24yo, had an outstanding warrant for failure to appear and was violating his conditions of release. Henry was arrested on his warrant and for violating the conditions of his release and remanded to Fairbanks Correctional Center.

On Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at approximately 4:20AM AST responded to 1143 Merganser St, Fairbanks, AK 99709 in reference to a domestic disturbance. On scene it was determined the caller, the female party, was the primary aggressor. The female was taken into custody without further incident and charged with Assault in the Fourth Degree and Criminal Mischief in the Fifth Degree. She was transported to Fairbanks Correctional Center for further detention.

The driver of the vehicle, identified as Gregory Williams, was found to be driving while license suspended, with previous convictions. On March 24, 2026, at approximately 1720 hours Alaska State Troopers in Tok attempted to locate Colton Joe, age 29 of Northway, at his residence in Northway for an outstanding $10,000 Felony Arrest Warrant in 4TO-26-00011CR. During the investigation AST contacted June Paul, age 59 of Northway, who lied to AST while concealing Joe within the residence. A search warrant was obtained for and served on the residence which resulted in the arrest of Joe for his outstanding warrant, and of June Paul for Hindering Prosecution in the First Degree. On March 24, 2026 at approximately 11:00pm, the Fairbanks based Criminal Suppression Unit located Caleb Roberts at a North Pole residence. Roberts was wanted for four active arrest warrants. After a two week long investigation and surveillance, he was successfully located. With the assistance of Fairbanks Patrol, Roberts was successfully arrested during a traffic stop on March 24th. On 03/24/2026, at approximately 1000 hours, AWT conducted an offload inspection of Golden King crab at Silver Bay Seafoods in Petersburg. F/V Ocean Summer offloaded a total of 91 Golden King Crab.
