    On 04/07/2026 at approximately 2357 hours, Alaska State Troopers recognized John Kevin Kuczmarski driving when he was revoked for refusing to submit to a chemical test during a DUI from September 2025. Furthermore, he is currently on the Pretrial Enforcement Division with conditions of release to obey all federal, state, and local laws. On 04/08/2026 at approximately 0007 hours, he was arrested for Driving While License Revoked and Violation of Conditions of Release. He was remanded to Wildwood Pretrial.

    On April 7, 2026, at approximately 2125 hours, Alaska State Troopers received a call reporting a domestic violence assault at a residence in Wasilla. Investigation showed that Teresa Taylor, age 66 of Wasilla, committed two counts of assault in the fourth degree. Teresa was arrested and transported to MSPT where she was held without bail.

    On April 7, 2026, at approximately 1820 hours, Alaska State Troopers received a call reporting a disturbance at a residence in Wasilla. Investigation showed that Oliver Larrow, age 22 of Wasilla, had committed two counts of assault in the third degree, one count of assault in the fourth degree, and one count of criminal mischief in the fourth degree. Oliver was arrested and remanded to MSPT, where he was held without bail.

    On 04-08-26 AST received a report of a disturbance from Jamin Jones (55 years old male). He stated he was hit in the face by a female. AST responded and interviewed both parties. Investigation revealed that Jamin committed the crime of False Information or Report. He was arrested and remanded at MSPT.

    On 04/08/2026 at approximately 1944 hours, Alaska State Troopers responded to a domestic disturbance in Palmer. Following the investigation, Michelle Gustafson, age 33 of Palmer, was arrested for domestic violence-related assault in the fourth degree. Gustafson was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial and held without bail.

    On 04/08/2026 at approximately 1211 hours, the Alaska State Troopers responded to a domestic disturbance in Wasilla. Upon arrival, Troopers observed signs of physical injury to an individual. Investigation revealed Terry Bickford, age 60 of Wasilla, had assaulted a household member. Terry was arrested for Assault 4 and Fear Assault 4 and remanded at MSPT with no bail.

    Location: Fairbanks
    Type: SWAT Activation

    Dispatch Text:

    On April 8, 2026, Alaska State Troopers in Fairbanks received a report that Donald McTaggart, age 66, of Fairbanks, had made terroristic threats. Troopers attempted to contact McTaggart at his residence, at which point he fled inside and barricaded himself. Troopers obtained an arrest warrant for McTaggart as well as a search warrant for the residence. Northern SWAT was activated and responded to the residence. After a short standoff, McTaggart exited the residence and surrendered to law enforcement - no injuries were reported to Troopers. During the subsequent search of the property, troopers located and seized over 40 firearms and thousands of rounds of ammunition. McTaggart was arrested for Terroristic Threatening and remanded to FCC.

    On 04/04/2026 at approximately 1430 hours, Alaska State Troopers were patrolling the Tok area near mile marker 1313 Alaska Hwy. An equipment violation was observed, and a traffic stop was initiated on a black 2003 GMC Sierra bearing AK plate GTV879. The traffic stop revealed the driver, Daniel E. Teasdale, is currently in revoked status regarding his driver’s license and has numerous prior convictions for driving revoked. A charge of Driving While License Revoked was submitted to the Fairbanks District Attorney’s Office.
