On 6/29/2025, Alaska State Troopers in Anchor Point contacted Valerie Mcdole, age 37, during a traffic stop. Valerie was given a verbal warning for driving with a revoked license. Approximately 2 hours later, AST was responding to an unrelated call for service when they observed Valerie driving the same vehicle. Valerie was arrested and remanded to Homer Jail for Driving while Revoked.

On 6/29/2025, at approximately 2120 hours, a US Fish and Wildlife Federal Officer was patrolling the area of Swanson River Road when they contacted a vehicle and camper parked in violation. Upon contact, USFWS learned that the two parties had a standing protective order prohibiting contact with each other. AST responded to assist and ultimately placed Bradley Hulen, age 56 of Soldotna, under arrest for Violating a Protective Order, Unlawful Contact and Violating Conditions of Release. Hulen was transported to Wildwood Pre-Trial Facility where he was remanded and held without bail pending arraignment.

Location: PalmerType: Fatal Vehicle CrashDispatch Text:
On June 28, 2025, at 8:28 am, the Alaska State Troopers received a report of a single-vehicle crash off of Bodenburg Loop in Palmer. AST extricated the driver, William R. Ingram III, a 77-year-old resident of Palmer from the vehicle, and first-responders initiated life-saving measures, however, Ingram was pronounced deceased at the scene. Investigation revealed Ingram had driven the vehicle off the shoulder of the road and struck a culvert, which caused the vehicle to become airborne and land on its side. Ingram's body is being sent to the State Medical Examiner's Officer. Next of kin have been notified.

On 06/29/2025, at approximately 2215 hours, a female called AST to report that a male subject was possibly harassing her in McCarthy, Alaska. After an investigation, it was determined that the male committed no crimes.

On 06/28/2025, at approximately 1552 hours, AST received a report that someone in Chitina, Alaska, was possibly stranded alone between two rivers. Troopers called the possible stranded subject, and the subject told AST he was okay, already heading home, and did not need any assistance.

On 06/20/2025, at approximately 1604 hours, AST received a report of a possible search and rescue on the Copper River near Chitina. It was reported that a male subject was dropped off at a beach, had disappeared in the forest, and had not been seen or heard from in several hours. Troopers searched the area with air assets and boats but were unable to locate the subject. At approximately 2127 hours, the male was located near Chitina. The male refused any help, and no crimes were reported.

On 6/24/2025 at approximately 2126 hours, the Alaska State Troopers received a call of a single vehicle driving off the roadway and rolling several times near mile marker 157 of the Glenn Highway. Minor injuries were reported, but the driver declined medical services. AST helped the driver get safely back to Wasilla.

On 06/30/2025 at approximately 1802 hours, the Alaska State Troopers attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a vehicle near the intersection of Parks Highway and S. Vine Road for an equipment violation. The vehicle attempted to flee and reached speeds of 100 mph and passed multiple vehicles in a no pass zone. The driver was identified as William Maki, age 22 of Wasilla. William was placed under arrest for Failure to Stop at the Direction of a Peace Officer in the first degree. William was transported to MSPT, where he was remanded and held without bail.

On June 30, 2025, at approximately 0530 hours, Troopers conducted a traffic stop on Brondy Ngiramengior after observing him traveling 72 MPH in a 55 MPH zone on the Mitchell Expressway. Upon contact, Troopers noted signs of impairment, including the odor of alcohol and an unopened beer in the vehicle. Brondy admitted to drinking and performed poorly on Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. A preliminary breath test showed a BrAC of .248, and a later DataMaster test at the post confirmed a BrAC of .191. He was arrested for DUI, and remanded to the Fairbanks Correctional Center.

On June 30, 2025, at approximately 6:49 a.m., Theresa McDevitt, age 33, of Fairbanks, was contacted in the area of Peger Road and Davis Road. Theresa was arrested for two outstanding warrants and transported to Fairbanks Correctional Center, where she was remanded into custody.

On June 27, 2025, at approximately 2202 hours, Alaska State Troopers received a report that a car was in a ditch but the driver had already left the scene. The damage was documented, including mailboxes belonging to residents on Flat Rabbit Road that were destroyed, and the vehicle was towed.

During the traffic stop, a probationary search was conducted, resulting in the arrest of Brandon Noel Galanin, who was remanded to the Fairbanks Correctional Center for charges of Violating Probation.

On 6/27/25, at 2144 hours, AST Dispatch requested PAWS and VPSO to assisted FPD with a recovery operation for a 24 year old male, who went missing on the Chena River. After two operational periods on 6/29/25, at 1855 hours, the subject was brought to the surface and FPD continued with their investigation.
The VPSO would like to thank the following squadrons and agencies for their help in this operation. The 353 Combat Training Squadron, Third Air Support Operation Squadron, 354 Operations Group, PAWS, Hardcore Diving Team, Fairbanks Fire Department, and FPD.
This investigation in ongoing with FPD being the lead agency in this matter.

On June 30, 2025, at approximately 1614, Troopers recognized Nutaaq Reyes walking down Davis Rd in Fairbanks. A routine check revealed Nutaaq had a 1000 dollar warrant for arrest. Nutaaq was arrested and remanded to the Fairbanks Correctional Center.

On June 28, 2025, at 11:58 am, the Alaska Wildlife Troopers received a report that an aircraft had crashed into the trees on Latouche Island in Prince William Sound. AWT responded and spoke to the pilot, who was uninjured and declined medical attention. The pilot said they were attempting to make a landing in a Super Cub, on a small strip, when strong winds pushed the plane into the trees. The aircraft suffered significant damage. The NTSB has been notified.
