Location: Anchor PointType: Theft / Trespass / Violate ConditionsDispatch Text:
On 6/20/2025, Alaska State Troopers in Anchor Point observed Charles Rockett (54 years old), who was known to have an outstanding arrest warrant, as a passenger in a vehicle. Subsequent search of the surrounding area located Rockett in a nearby gravel pit belonging to Dibble Creek Rock.
Further investigation determined Rockett and Laurie Farmer (63 years old) had entered through a locked gate and were loading their personal vehicle with gravel. Both parties were arrested and remanded to Homer Jail on the charges of Criminal Trespass 1, Theft 4, and violating their conditions of release.

Location: Crown PointType: DUI, Refusal, Reckless Endangerment, AssaultDispatch Text:
On 06/19/2025 at about 1857 hours, dispatch received a 911 call from a woman who advised that Glen Madson, 68 YOA of Crown Point, had just kicked her and a child out of their vehicle near mile 10 of the Seward Highway. Seward AST responded and met with the complainant and child. Both reported that Glen was driving recklessly, yelling, and left them on the side of the road before leaving towards his residence with another child still in the car. The complainant was concerned that Glen was suffering from a medical emergency related to his diabetes.
The investigation revealed that Glen’s behavior was related to intoxication and not low or high blood sugar. Glen was placed under arrest and later remanded at Spring Creek Correctional Center for DUI, Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test, 3 counts of DV Reckless Endangerment, 1 count of DV Assault in the 4th degree, and 1 count of Assault in the 4th degree against a law enforcement officer.

On 06/21/2025 at approximately 1352, Troopers responded to a motor vehicle collision near Agate Lane and Hematite Drive, Wasilla. An investigation showed Timothy Delaney, 66, of Wasilla, had been operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Delaney was arrested and remanded to MatSu Pretrial and released on his own recognizance.

On 6/21/25 at approximately 1625 hours Palmer AST responded to a third party report of a disturbance near Softwind Cir in Wasilla. Investigation revealed Tanya Metzger, age 54 of Wasilla had assaulted a family member. Tanya was arrested and transported to Mat Su Pretrial where she was remanded on 1 count of DV Assault 4th Degree. Tanya was held without bail pending arraignment.

On 6/21/25 at approximately 1034 hours Palmer AST responded to a welfare check on the Talkeetna Spur. Investigation revealed Caitlin Helmic, age 29 of Anchorage, had an outstanding warrant for her arrest out of Anchorage for failing to appear for original charge of OUI. Helmic was arrested and transported to Mat Su Pretrial where she was remanded on her warrant and held without bail.

On 6/21/2025 at approximately 0555 hours, the Alaska State Troopers responded to a welfare check at the Circle K gas station on Meadow Lakes Loop. The male in the vehicle was identified as Austin Puckett (27YOA). Austin was determined to have been driving under the influence of a controlled substance and was placed under arrest. He was transported to Mat-Su Pretrial where he was held per the bail schedule.

On 6/21/2025 AST responded to Wasilla for the report of a disturbance. Investigation revealed Julian Nation-Perry had damaged the property of a household member. He was placed under arrest for Criminal Mischief in the 5th degree. He was remanded to the Mat-Su Pre-Trial facility and held on no bail.

On June 20, 2025 at approximately 9:40pm the Alaska State Troopers received a 911 call from a woman reporting she had arrived at her family's Talkeetna cabin and came across a group of individuals actively burglarizing it. Palmer based AST responded and contacted approximately 15 people on scene between the homeowner, her family, friends and the suspects. Investigation revealed that Aaron Raymond, 40 years old of Chugiak, and Kareem Roberts, 35 years old of Anchorage, forced entry into the cabin and multiple storage units and were in the process of stealing numerous items. Raymond and Roberts were placed under arrest and remanded to Mat Su Pre-Trial on one count of First Degree Burglary, Second Degree Burglary, and Fourth Degree Theft. Raymond was on Conditions of Release for a previous arrest and was found to be violating them by his actions tonight. He was charged with one count of Violating his Conditions of Release. Additionally, Raymond had two active warrants for his arrest (REF: 3AN-25-02564CR $250 FTA for FTC w/ COR original charge Assault on a Police Officer and 3AN-25-00998CR $250 FTC w/ COR original charge DUI) and was remanded accordingly.

On 06/21/2025 at approximately 1035 hours, Alaska State Troopers responded to a trespassing and possible disturbance in Palmer. Following the investigation, Terra Stanley, age 48 of Wasilla, was arrested and remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial for domestic violence-related assault in the second degree.

On 6-21-25, Delta Junction AST received a report stating Oleg Khomich was harassing a semi driver attempting to sleep. AST located Oleg driving a vehicle. Oleg had an active arrest warrant. Investigation also led to Oleg being arrest for DUI. Oleg provided a sample on the Datamaster which resulted in a BrAC of .134. Oleg was transported to FCC and remanded for his warrant and DUI.
Update: The vehicle Oleg was in was reported stolen per FPD case 25-2032.

On 06/20/2025, McGrath AWT received a report of a possible drunk driver, driving recklessly in McGrath. AWT was out of town at the time. On 06/21/2025, while following up on the report, AWT contacted Justice MacAlpine while operating a motor vehicle on the roadway. Investigation determined MacAlpine was operating under the influence of alcohol. Charges were forwarded to the Bethel District Attorney's Office, and he was released to a sober party.

Location: McGrathType: Failure to Salvage Subsistence FishDispatch Text:
On 06/15/2025, McGrath AWT located a large pike carcass with most of the meat still intact. The carcass had been partially filleted then thrown on the bank of a slough. Investigation determined Billy Vanborg, age 64 of McGrath, was subsistence fishing and caught several pike. He failed to salvage the pike and threw approximately a half dozen of them on the bank to feed the eagles. He was issued a citation under 5AAC01.010(o)(1) for failure to salvage the fish. Arraignment was set for 07/03/2025 in the Aniak Court.
