Location: PalmerType: Criminal Mischief III x3, Assault III, Attempted Vehicle Theft I, Resisting Arrest and Disorderly ConductDispatch Text:
On 10/22/2024, at approximaltey 0743 hours, the Alaska State Trooper received a report of a disturbance at approximaltey mile 6 of Knik Rive Road in Palmer. Investigation revealed that Stephanie Sarrett, age 47, of Palmer, damaged vehicles on the property. Stephanie attempted to steal a vehicle and placed another person in fear of imminent serious physical injury by a dangerous instrument. Stephanie left the scene upon AST arrival. At approximaltey 0900 hours, AST received a report that Stephanie was walking near the Parks Hwy and Trunk Road. AST attempted to arrest Stephanie but resisted arrest by force and was charged with disorderly conduct. Stephanie was arrested and transported to Matsu Pretrial where she was remanded and held without bail.

On 10/21/2024 at approximately 2326 hours, AST received a report of a disturbance on Blondell Drive. Investigation revealed that Jamie Rhodes, 41 YOA of Wasilla, assaulted a family member. It was also revealed that Jamie had an outstanding warrant for her arrest for failure to remand for the original charges of refusal to submit to a chemical test. Jamie was arrested and remanded to MSPT, where she was held without bail.

On 10/22/2024 at approximately 0059 hours, AST received a report of a disturbance on S Big Lake Road. Investigation revealed that Harkin Dayzie, 38 YOA of Wasilla, had assaulted a family member and damaged mutual property. Harkin was arrested and remanded to MSPT, where was held without bail.

On 10/21/2024 at approximately 2316 hours, Alaska State Troopers conducted a traffic stop on Hollywood Road near Johnsons Road for a moving violation. Investigation revealed the driver and sole occupant, Dusten Hayes age 38 of Wasilla had three warrants for his arrest. Hayes’ warrants were for failure to appear on the O/C Assault 3rd and Assault 4th $5,000 cash appearance, failure to appear on the O/C Theft 2nd X4 $500 cash appearance, and failure to appear on the O/C Criminal Mischief 4th $250 cash appearance. Hayes was remanded at Matsu Pretrial without incident.

Investigation led to the arrest of Crystal Baker, age 57 of Wasilla, for Assault IV after she assaulted the responded Trooper. Baker was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility and held on $1000 bail.

Investigation revealed Charles Lunderman, 37 YOA of Fairbanks, was intoxicated by alcohol and in possession of a firearm. Lunderman was placed under arrest for misconduct involving a weapon in the fourth degree and remanded to the Fairbanks Correctional Center.

On 10/22/2024 at 0510 hours a Trooper conducted a traffic stop for a moving violation. The driver was identified as Jayton Titus. Titus had a "No Bail Serve Time Now" Felony warrant. Titus was placed under arrest without incident and transported to FCC. Titus was additionally charged with driving while revoked.
