    On October 28,2025 at approximately 2311 hours, the Alaska State Troopers (AST) received a report of a disturbance at a residence in Homer. Investigation revealed Jason Michael Bailey, age 50, of Homer committed Assault in the 4th Degree DV. Jason was remanded to the Homer jail on his charge.

    On 10/28/2025 at approximately 1454 hours, Palmer Courthouse staff requested Judicial Services for an out-of-custody remand. Vivian Nicolai, age 29, of Wasilla had her probation revoked and was ordered to serve the remaining time in jail for case 3AN-22-06255CR. Nicolai was subsequently remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial without incident.

    On 10/28/2025 at approximately 1540 hours, Palmer Courthouse staff requested Judicial Services for an out-of-custody remand. Joel Hicks, age 38, of Glennallen had his probation extended three months and ordered to serve 30 days in jail for case 4TO-21-00067CR. Hicks was subsequently remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial without incident.

    On 10/28/25, at approximately 2216 hours, AST received a report of a disturbance at a residence in Wasilla. Investigation revealed that Dallas Garvin, age 30, had recklessly caused physical injury to a household member. Dallas was arrested and remanded to MSPT for Assault 4 DV.

    On 10.9.2025 at 1013 hours, Nome based Troopers received a report of a Disturbance in the village of Stebbins. Local VPOs responded initially and conducted an investigation. This led to Troopers questioning after the fact and this led to the arrest of 18-year-old Destini Washington. Washington was charged with two counts of Assault 4, and two counts of Assault in the Presence of a Child.

    On 10/29/2025, Nome-based Troopers arrested 43-year-old Casey Iyakitan of Gambell for several counts of sexual abuse of a minor, where Iyakitan was trading children sexual favors for controlled substances. Iyakitan was remanded to AMCC, where he was held without bail.

Observation was made on routine patrol and knowing of recent arrest of Lockuk. Lockuk was arrested for and charged with Unlawful Contact 1, and two counts of VCOR.

    On 10/28/2025 at approximately 2017 hours, Alaska State Troopers conducted a traffic stop on a red Toyota 4Runner on the Steese Hwy for speeding. Investigation revealed Joshua Waltman, 44 YOA, was driving under the influence of alcohol. Waltman was arrested for DUI and remanded to FCC.

    On 10/29/2025 at approximately 0151 hours Nenana Troopers responded to a report of an assault near J Street in Nenana. Investigation showed, Ramey Stevens, age 45 of Nenana, entered a neighbor's residence without being invited. While inside the residence Ramey immediately assaulted the resident causing physical injury. The resident was transported to Fairbanks Memorial Hospital. Ramey was arrested for Assault 3rd, Assault 4th, Burglary 1st, and transported to Fairbanks Correctional Center. Alcohol is believed to be a contributing factor.

AK Wildlife Troopers

    Dispatch Text:

    On 10/18/25, Alaska Wildlife Troopers received a report of a theft from a residence on the Richardson Highway.  A subsequent investigation identified Sam Carver of Valdez as a suspect.  On 10/29/25, Alaska Wildlife Troopers and Alaska State Troopers from Glennallen, with the assistance of Valdez Police Department, executed a search warrant on a residence in Valdez, and recovered multiple stolen items.  Sam Carver of Valdez is being charged with multiple counts of Theft.
