    Dispatch Text:

    On 7/19/2025, at approximately 0022 hours, AST received multiple reports of an altercation between two parties at Creek Bend Cafe in Hope. Complainants advised that a vehicle had left the area with a small child, while the other party was assaulted and left behind. AST was able to locate all parties and conduct interviews which led to the arrest of Travis Webb, age 40 of Palmer, for Assault 4 for recklessly causing physical injury to a household member, and Assault in the Presence of a Child. Webb was transported to Seward where he was remanded at Spring Creek Correctional Center where he is held without bail pending arraignment.

    Dispatch Text:

    On 7/18/2025, at approximately 2013 hours, AST began receiving multiple calls regarding an adult male running into traffic, hitting cars, and then began to undress himself in a pullout. Seward and Soldotna-based troopers responded and located the male in a vehicle near mile 46 of the Sterling Highway. Investigation led to the arrest of Aucha Johnson, age 29 of Anchorage, for the following charges: Indecent Exposure in the First Degree (x3), Assault 4 and Disorderly Conduct. Johnson was transported to Wildwood Pretrial Facility in Kenai where he was remanded and held without bail pending arraignment.

    Type: DUI, Misconduct Involving Weapons in the 4th Degree

    Dispatch Text:

    On 07/18/2025 at approximately 2145 hours Glennallen AST contacted Benjamin Kay, age 30 of Girdwood, while he was operating a motor vehicle.  Investigation revealed that Kay was driving while under the influence of alcohol.  Additionally, Kay was in possession of a firearm in his vehicle while impaired by alcohol.  Kay was placed under arrest and charged with DUI and Misconduct Involving Weapons in the fourth degree.  Kay was held at Glennallen AST post and released on his own recognizance once he was sober.

    On 7/19/2025 at approximately 0004 hours, the Alaska State Troopers received a call that a female was intoxicated and harassing campers at the Tolsona Wilderness Campground. Troopers responded, but on arrival, they were no longer needed. Family members ultimately handled the issue.

    On 7/18/2025 at approximately 2328 hours, MATCOM AST dispatch received a report of a male in a white Ford pickup passed out at the steering wheel on KGB and Hood Ct. AST responded to the area and located the truck. The driver was identified as Seaver Wait, 30, of Wasilla, who was passed out in the driver's seat. Investigation revealed that Seaver was under the influence. He was arrested and remanded at Matsu Pretrial for DUI, where he was later released on his own recognizance.

    On 07/19/2025 AST conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle near King Arthur Dr in Houston. Investigation revealed Brandon Belanger, age 31, of Houston, was hiding under a mattress in the back seat of the vehicle. Brandon had $6250 in active warrants, and was arrested and transported to MatSu Pretrial where he is being held on his warrants.

    Dispatch Text:

    On 7/18/25, at 1115 hours, the Tok VPSO was contacted by a Tanacross residence about late night disturbances occurring on Third Ave.  These disturbances have been occuring after midnight for the past three nights.  The complaint reported observing MICS usage along with alcohol being consumed.  Tanacross is a voted local option community with alcohol being banned.  This investigation is on going.

    On 07/19/2025, Jeri Johnson, 31, was signaled to stop by Alaska State Troopers.  She refused to and ultimately, she was arrested for Failing to Stop when signaled, Reckless driving, resisting arrest, and Vehicle Theft 1st Degree.  She was remanded to Fairbanks Correctional Center.

    Dispatch Text:

    On 07/19/2025 at 0212 hours AST responded to a minor MVC-D, near Mile 238 Parks Highway.  Investigation determined David Gibbs Jr., age 43 from Colorado was driving under the influence of alcohol when he caused the collision.  Gibbs was arrested for DUI and No Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance.  Gibbs was released on his own recognizance once sober.  There were no injuries and only minor damage to the vehicles from the collision.

    July 18, 2025, Fairbanks AST dispatchers received a 911 hang-up call where they could hear an active disturbance. Upon AST's arrival to the residence in Fairbanks area, investigation led to reveal William Chickalusion (36) had assaulted two victims and in the presence of a 4-month-old child. William Chickalusion was arrested and remanded to FCC for Assault 4 x2 and Assault in the presence of a child.
